Dietrich graduated in 1998 from Washington State University with a BA in Information Systems and worked as a software consultant until 2002.  He began his mortgage practice with First Horizon Home Loans (now Met Life) in 2002 before moving to Columbia funding and then starting Cascade Mortgage Corporation in 2006.  He has a passion for providing education to his clients to make the most strategic decisions when selecting a mortgage.

 

Dietrich has built his mortgage practice on a solid foundation of education, advice, customer service and outstanding work ethic that is noticed by his peers and clients alike.  His team is dedicated to providing top of the line service from start to finish to exceed client expectations.

 

Dietrich lives in Issaquah with his wife, April and two sons, Landon and Kyler.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, cheering for the WSU Cougs, enjoying wine, backcountry skiing and golf.
